Angela Olivia Burton received her B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 1981, and her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1991.
Patricia Cadrette, a veteran of the United States Navy, joined ILS in March 2019 as Assistant Grants Manager.
Ms. Chisunka joined ILS in 2018 as the Statewide Implementation Analyst. In this role, she works with the Statewide and Research teams and also serves as a liaison for the Regional Immigration Assistance Centers. Prior to joining ILS, she worked at the Center for Community Alternatives as part of their criminal justice research and policy unit, with a focus on juvenile criminal justice. She received a Master’s degree in Public Policy from George Mason University.
