Elizabeth Isaacs is an Appellate Attorney at the Statewide Appellate Support Center, where she focuses on Domestic Violence Survivors Justice Act and other post-conviction and resentencing support services. For two years, Elizabeth worked as a Visiting Assistant Clinical Professor in the Criminal Defense and Advocacy Clinic at Brooklyn Law School and as a Teaching and Advocacy Fellow with the Survivors Justice Project, where she remains a member of the Advisory Group.

Rowan D. Wilson, Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals, was born in Pomona, California in 1960, and grew up in Berkeley, California. He received his A.B. degree from Harvard College in 1981, and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 1984. He was admitted to the bar of the State of California in 1985, and the bar of the State of New York in 1987. From 1984 to 1986, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James R. Browning, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, based in San Francisco, California.
Appointed by the Governor from a list of at least four nominees submitted by the New York State Association of Counties (Executive Law § 833(1)(e)).

Christine joined ILS in 2018 as the Administrative Officer, providing administrative oversight of the operations of the Office.
In his role as Assistant Counsel, Jami focuses on bridging the gap between contract development and programmatic implementation, working closely with the Office Counsel, Director, and other Office staff to fulfill the mission of improving the quality of mandated representation under Executive Law § 832 and article 18-B of the County Law. Jami is a graduate of Albany Law School and previously worked for the NYC’s Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice as the Agency Chief Contracting Officer, where he managed over

Angela Olivia Burton received her B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 1981, and her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1991.
Patricia Cadrette, a veteran of the United States Navy, joined ILS in March 2019 as Assistant Grants Manager.
