Indigent Legal Services Annual Expense Report

Beginning in 2017, following passage of Chapter 337 of the Laws of 2016, this report is to be filed with the Office of Indigent Legal Services instead of the Office of the State Comptroller as had previously been the case.

Blank copies of the reporting form can be found here in Word format and here in PDF format. The information it requests is the same as in previous years.

We are requesting reports be submitted to us no later than June 1, 2020.  Counties and New York City should either submit it by email to countyfinancialreports@ils.ny.gov or in hard copy to:

The report does not need to be submitted to the Office of State Comptroller.
